Purchasing Coordinator

## DescriptionThe CHE Companies is a fast-growing exterior services company serving builders and homeowners across NC, SC, and VA. We're headquartered in Garner, NC, and we're building our team to match our growth.**THE ROLE**We need a sharp, detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to manage purchase orders, builder portals, and material ordering for our construction projects. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role where accuracy and speed both matter.**WHAT YOU'LL DO*** Manage builder portals — pull job info, track POs, and verify pricing* Load and maintain accurate job records in NetSuite* Create material and labor purchase orders using builder specs and bid documents* Process change orders and fill-in POs quickly and accurately* Verify colors, materials, and specs at delivery* Resolve rejected POs and supplier invoice discrepancies* Maintain strong relationships with builders and suppliers**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR*** 2+ years in purchasing, procurement, or construction administration* Construction industry experience — you know how a job site works* High attention to detail and the ability to manage a heavy workload* Strong communicator — written and verbal* Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office* Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP is a plus* Familiarity with production homebuilder portals (NetSuite) is a bonusWe hire Hungry, Humble, and Smart.
