Customer Service Representative - Hybrid

We are seeking four detail-oriented and client-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will support the implementation of new clients and manage ongoing relationships. About the Role Hybrid schedule: 3 days remote / 2 days in office Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and brokers Manage client accounts, including onboarding and ongoing support Assist with ACA reporting and compliance, including IRS filings Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email Maintain accurate client records and track account updates Conduct data audits and ensure accuracy of client information Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues Support regulatory compliance and year-round account maintenance Prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive tasks effectively Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of customer service experience Required Skills Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and within a team Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Preferred Skills Associate or Bachelor’s degree Previous sales or account management experienceExperience working with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Pay range and compensation package Pay: $22.00 per hour Equal Opportunity Statement We are committed to diversity and inclusivity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
