You’ll join a ~30-person team where your work on MasterBooks.com has direct, visible impact on company revenue — not a rounding error in a large organization. This role is for you if: You have 4+ years personally executing ecommerce operations, digital merchandising, and CRO at a mid-market retailer or publisher You know Adobe Commerce/Magento hands-on — catalog management, promotions, merchandising, and coordinating with developers You've personally designed, built, run, and read out structured A/B tests on a live store, and you're fluent in GA4 and ecommerce KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, revenue per session) You have the judgment to hold an outsourced development partner to scope, budget, and quality, and to work cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, Customer Success, Finance, and Publishing What you'll own: Business ownership of the Adobe Commerce/Magento platform across MasterBooks.com, NLPG.com, and other company sites Product presentation, navigation, search, promotions, landing pages, and bundles Design and execution of structured A/B/conversion tests; end-to-end improvement of the purchase journey Direction of our outsourced dev partner — scoping, timeline/budget management, and QA Direct goals around Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to help us increase our impact.
