About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice Dean for Academic Affairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership in all areas related to academic affairs. This includes overseeing the development and implementation of academic policies, programs, and initiatives, as well as ensuring the highest standards of educational quality and effectiveness. The Vice Dean will also play a key role in faculty recruitment, development, and evaluation, and will work to enhance the academic and research profile of the institution.
