Job Title: Quality Systems Training Associate Job Description

The Quality Systems Training Associate supports the global Learning Management System (LMS), ComplianceWire, within the Quality Systems Services organization. This role involves the administration, maintenance, reporting, and continuous improvement of training processes to ensure regulatory compliance and foster employee development.

• Administer and support the ComplianceWire LMS platform across the organization.
• Manage LMS configuration, user profiles, user groups, training assignments, curriculum creation, and reporting.
• Maintain quality system training records in compliance with company policies and global regulations.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for quality system training processes and LMS functionality.
• Partner with multiple sites to ensure training requirements are effectively implemented.
• Generate, analyze, and distribute standard, ad hoc, custom, and scheduled reports.
• Monitor training compliance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support internal audits and external regulatory inspections.
• Troubleshoot and resolve LMS and training-related issues using structured problem-solving techniques.
• Participate in the development and enhancement of training systems, policies, and procedures.

• Experience with learning management systems, particularly ComplianceWire.
• Proficiency in Excel and data entry.
• Experience supporting training programs in a regulated environment.
• LMS administration experience.
• Knowledge in quality assurance, pharma, and medical devices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0-1+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device environments.
• Preferred experience with ComplianceWire LMS.
• LMS Administrator certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Familiarity with quality systems training requirements and documentation.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards including 21 CFR Part 820, 21 CFR Part 211, and ISO.
• Experience supporting regulatory inspections and quality compliance initiatives.

This is a Contract position based out of Bridgewater, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $31.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
