What You’ll Do Drive: Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner Inventory: Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners Accuracy: Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Performance: Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through the performance-based pay program Travel: Travel to retail locations Leadership: Lead by example and demonstrate core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork Active Job Standing and walking for extended periods Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching Climbing ladders when needed Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment If you enjoy staying active, working on your feet, and being rewarded for strong performance, this role is a great fit. What We’re Looking For At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable using handheld technology Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are valuable backgrounds.
