Descripción del cargo El Representante de Call Center Bilingüe tendrá la responsabilidad de gestionar tanto llamadas entrantes como salientes. Su objetivo será brindar soporte a los clientes, resolver consultas y registrar la información en el sistema. Además, realizará llamadas proactivas para programar citas con clientes potenciales o actuales, coordinando reuniones o demostraciones para los equipos de ventas. Colaborará con otros departamentos para asegurar una atención eficiente y la resolución de problemas, garantizando la satisfacción del cliente mientras cumple con las metas de citas establecidas. Responsabilidades Atender y realizar llamadas de clientes para programar citas con clientes potenciales o actuales, resolver consultas, brindar soporte técnico o procesar quejas y solicitudes. Identificar oportunidades de ventas o necesidades de los clientes durante las interacciones y redirigirlas al equipo adecuado. Registrar y actualizar información de los clientes en el sistema de gestión, incluyendo detalles sobre las citas programadas. Cumplir con las metas establecidas de citas y rendimiento del equipo, manteniendo altos niveles de satisfacción del cliente. Colaborar con otros departamentos para resolver problemas y mejorar la experiencia del cliente, garantizando un servicio integral. Mantener una comunicación clara, precisa y orientada a resultados con los clientes y el equipo de ventas. Requisitos Experiencia previa en atención al cliente, telemarketing o ventas, preferiblemente en un call center. Edad comprendida de 25 a 35 años. Dominio fluido del idioma inglés (Indispensable). Habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita efectivas, con capacidad para persuadir y programar citas de manera eficiente. Actitud proactiva y habilidades de negociación para asegurar un alto volumen de citas programadas. Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir con objetivos de citas y métricas de desempeño. Conocimiento básico de herramientas informáticas y sistemas de gestión de clientes (CRM). Capacidad para resolver problemas de manera rápida y eficiente, orientado siempre a la satisfacción del cliente. Trabajo a tiempo completo de forma remota.
