Division Order Analyst

Division Order Analyst | Houston, TX | Hybrid A growing energy company is looking for an experienced Division Order Analyst to join its team. What You’ll Do: Analyze complex oil & gas title, ownership, and division of interest matters Review title opinions, leases, deeds, assignments, probate/estate documents, and other land records Establish and maintain ownership, revenue, and JIB decks Research and resolve ownership, title, and decimal discrepancies Support acquisitions, divestitures, and integration of newly acquired assets Partner closely with Land, Accounting, Legal, Operations, and other teams Assist with owner relations, suspense management, reporting, and data integrity What We’re Looking For: 3–8+ years of Division Order, Land Administration, or related oil & gas experience preferre d Required: experience analyzing complex oil & gas title and ownership matters Required: Experience with oil & gas land, division order, and/or accounting software Strong understanding of WI, NRI, royalty, ORRI, burdens, and ownership calculations Experience with operated properties and acquisitions is a plus Quorum experience strongly preferred Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail Someone entrepreneurial, adaptable, coachable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats!
