In this role, you will lead project teams focused on the investigation, evaluation, design, implementation, and optimization of remedies for contaminated industrial sites.Our Hybrid Work Model: Be part of the dynamic culture! Join us in the office three days a week to contribute, connect and excel in our vibrant environment.Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:Fast-paced projects with a motivated team of technical expertise from varying disciplines working towards a unified goal of operational excellence and quality client experienceHaving pride and ownership over your work productProviding creative solutions to fit the needs of our clients and communitiesLeading and contributing to the preparation of proposals, strategies, and deliverables in a client-facing roleWhat you will bring to the team:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, or environmental scienceLicensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) is a plus10+ years of environmental consulting experience including management of projects (i.e. contaminant investigation, remedial design, compliance, etc.)Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and swiftly adapt to changing client needsExperience in identifying existing client growth potentialRobust written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues concisely both verbally and in technical writingAbility to work independently or as part of a teamCapable of producing high quality products on schedule and within budgetAs a multicultural organization, we encourage individual achievement and recognize the strength of a diverse workforce.
