About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational growth of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the integration and scaling of the finance function, building the necessary infrastructure to support growth and acquisitions, and partnering with the executive team and investors to drive financial strategy. Key responsibilities for the CFO include enhancing financial infrastructure, improving reporting and controls, overseeing compliance and audit, and developing KPI dashboards for decision-making. The role also involves leading M&A activities, supporting post-merger integrations, and driving process and system improvements, particularly in the areas of ERP and financial systems. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a CPA and/or MBA being preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive finance leadership experience is required, with a strong background in accounting, FP&A, and financial operations. Experience in private equity-backed organizations and a proven track record in M&A and post-merger integrations are highly valued. The ideal candidate will be adept at both strategic and tactical operations in a high-growth environment, possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and have a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a high-performing finance team.
