Role summary Administrative and clerical positions include Service Shop Clerk, Quality Assurance Clerk, System Operator, Human Resource Clerk, and Office Assistant. What you’ll do Provide administrative support by performing clerical duties such as filing, keying, faxing, and data entry. Extract and enter data from multiple systems using computer applications (email, spreadsheets, word processing, Microsoft Office). Maintain forms, reports, and logs, track inventory, and communicate with suppliers regarding equipment warranties. Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential. Compensation Hourly wage range: $15.00 – $29.65, plus performance‑based incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. What you’ll bring Clerical/administrative support via computerized management software. Weekly inventory and tracking of financial transactions. Excellent accuracy and attention to detail. Compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethics. Experience with Service Shop or Quality Assurance clerical roles. Qualifications Must have For general clerical positions: 6 months performing Walmart Logistics clerical duties using computer applications, or 1 year of similar experience. For Human Resources Clerk: 1 year of coursework in Human Resources or a related field and 1 year of experience using computer applications; OR 1 year of experience with HR activities (payroll, benefits, workers' compensation, FMLA, OSHA) plus 1 year of experience using computer applications.
