Auxiliary Technician IWork Flexibility: OnsiteSchedule: Weekend Shift | 40 hours/weekFri – Sat, 5:00am – 7:30pmSun, 5:00am - 5:30pmTraining on 1st shift: Mon – Thu, 6:00am – 4:30pmWhat You Will DoThe Auxiliary Technician I role provides hands-on support to production operations in a team-based manufacturing environment while following defined procedures and work instructions. This role is ideal for individuals early in their manufacturing career seeking to develop skills in a regulated environment.Support daily manufacturing operations across multiple work areas to ensure production goals are metOperate production and finishing equipment such as laser systems, vapor degreasers, magnetic finishers, spray wash, vibratory, and electropolish equipmentPerform metal finishing, packaging to vendor, and material handling activities following standard work instructionsAccurately complete routers and required production documentationFollow all safety, quality, and GMP requirements to ensure compliance with regulated manufacturing standardsCollaborate with cross-functional partners and team members to resolve basic production or process issuesParticipate in continuous improvement efforts and support standardized manufacturing processesWhat You NeedPreferredHigh school diploma or GEDMinimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience in a regulated environment (GMP)Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, procedures, and equipment operation, basic blueprint readingAbility to follow defined work instructions and make simple judgments using established solutionsStrong attention to detail, dependability, and willingness to work in a team-based environmentEffective communication skills (written, verbal, and active listening)Ability to work assigned weekend shift hoursPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 45 lbs occasionally (team lift as required)Ability to stand and move about the production floor for the duration of the shiftAbility to bend, reach, grasp, push, pull, and carry materials and equipmentAbility to operate machinery and use required personal protective equipment (PPE)May be exposed to loud noises and manufacturing equipment hazards$22.10/hr + $1.00 Shift Premium plus bonus eligible and benefits.Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
