Forklift Operator Requirements

• Previous forklift-operating experience preferred
  
• Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently
  
• Ability to support a fast-paced manufacturing line
  
• Strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings
  
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  
• Ability to organize and stage materials accurately
  
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
  
• Commitment to equipment safety and workplace procedures
  

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to support disc-line production.
  
• Move and stage materials needed for manufacturing operations.
  
• Deliver components and supplies to designated production areas.
  
• Remove completed materials from the disc line as directed.
  
• Keep production materials organized and properly located.
  
• Follow production schedules and material requests.
  
• Inspect the forklift and report equipment concerns.
  
• Report damaged materials, inventory issues, or safety hazards.
  
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  
• Follow all forklift, manufacturing, and workplace-safety procedures.
  
• Perform additional material-handling duties as assigned.
