THE POSITION: BARTENDER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Welcome each guest at the bar and create an inviting environment Communicate with guests in a warm, professional manner, ensuring they feel valued and well cared for Work collaboratively with all Smith team members to support a seamless guest experience Prepare, mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for both bar and dining room guests, following standard recipes Maintain a strong understanding of responsible alcohol service and ensure compliance at all times Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, proactive service throughout their experience Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service Uphold all food safety, handling, and sanitation standards to ensure the safety of guests and team members WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT: (QUALIFICATIONS FOR ROLE) You exemplify the highest standards of honesty and integrity.
