Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Project Manager with strong expertise in NetSuite SuiteSuccess methodology to lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects. This is a highly client-facing role requiring excellent stakeholder management, project governance, and delivery leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle NetSuite SuiteSuccess implementations from Discovery through Go-Live.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including functional consultants, developers, and business users.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design reviews, testing, training, and deployment activities.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, issue resolution, and change management.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of Project Management experience.
• 5+ years managing NetSuite ERP implementation projects .
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite SuiteSuccess methodology and implementation best practices .
• Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end NetSuite deployments.
• Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• PMP or NetSuite certifications are a plus.
