Project Administrator

Pay Range: $30/hour. Employee benefits include but are not limited to health insurance (medical dental vision) 401(k) plan and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate project schedules and budgets.
• Support project staff with functional and administrative tasks.
• Assist the sales team with customer financial follow-up.
• Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Provide excellent customer service with a focus on best-in-class service levels.
• Read and understand technical data sheets and material sheets.
• Report progress to management and meet applicable metrics.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in project administration or a related field.
• Bachelors degree in a related area.
• Strong organizational time management project management and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint Excel Word) Windows Office365 Outlook Salesforce and Oracle.
• Good technical/mechanical aptitude and strong reconciliation skills.
• Ability to multitask and support multiple team members with various tasks.
