Procurement Coordinator

You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end procurement process for a premier, rapidly growing Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider in the Bay Area. Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year | Shift: First | Work Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM | Education: Associate Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate comprehensive material status reports and perform in‑depth inventory data analysis to maintain precise tracking, traceability, and system logs. Inventory & Lifecycle Management: Monitor the full material lifecycle—including receiving, usage, excess, and scrap transition—to ensure optimal stock allocation and minimal waste. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with buyers and cross‑functional supply chain teams to streamline workflows and maintain alignment on procurement goals. Process Integrity & Compliance: Oversee accurate system logging and data maintenance to ensure total visibility and compliance across all inventory processes.
