As our Director of Sales , you’ll work closely with leadership and our real estate sales team to increase production, improve conversion, develop talent, and help agents reach their full potential.

You won’t be starting from scratch. You’ll have access to established lead generation, inside sales support, technology, marketing, training, systems, and operational resources designed to help you focus on leading the team and driving results.

Compensation:

$55,000 - $75,000 Yearly with Bonus Potential

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the sales operations team to achieve and exceed performance targets, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with our business goals, ensuring sustainable growth and market expansion.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new agents, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed from day one.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall client experience.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach and mentor sales agents, providing actionable feedback and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in all operations.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of leadership experience in sales operations, real estate operations, or related fields.
• Licensed Real Estate Agent.
• Prior experience managing operational staff and coaching sales professionals.
• Deep understanding of the residential real estate process.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with real estate CRMs and tracking tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Computer proficiency required, including MS Office, G Suite, CTM, CRMs, MLS, etc.
