Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team for a night shift position. This role requires a high level of professionalism and clinical expertise to provide exceptional patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care in a clinical setting.Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.Document patient care activities in the electronic medical record system.Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care processes.RequirementsActive Registered Nurse license in the state of Tennessee.BLS and ACLS certification.Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with specific experience in telemetry being required.Proficiency in electronic medical record systems; experience with Cerner is a plus.Ability to work flexible hours, including rotating shifts.Ability to manage patients in a ratio of 1:6 to 1:7.Additional InformationThis position does not require on-call duties. Scrub color for this role is royal blue. Please note that travel may be required for this position, and candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
