As our General Manager, you’ll take ownership of daily store operations and the experience of everyone who walks through the door. You’ll hire, train, and coach your team, set clear expectations, and celebrate progress. You’ll use sales and operating results to identify opportunities, manage staffing and inventory, and turn good ideas into better performance. On the floor, you’ll lead by example: welcoming customers, supporting your team during the rush, and maintaining Starbucks beverage, service, and cleanliness standards. Success means a strong business, a team that keeps growing, and customers who look forward to coming back.

What you’ll bring

• At least 2 years of retail or customer service management experience

• The ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable with respect.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• A business-minded approach to growing sales and improving store performance.

• Availability for full-time work, regularly exceeding 40 hours per week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Authorization to work in the United States.
