This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive, streamlined environment, allowing you to focus on what you do best, improving lives through routine chiropractic care.Key ResponsibilitiesConsult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systemsPerform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditionsEducate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plansMaintain accurate and timely patient recordsArrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze resultsBuild positive doctor-patient relationshipsSupport membership sales through care-focused conversationsQualificationsDoctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic collegeValid DC license in the applicable statePassing scores for NBCE Parts I–IV (or recent SPEC exam)Eligible for malpractice insuranceStrong communication skills and a patient-first mindsetScheduleThis role requires availability at a set full time schedule of 39 to 45 hours during the week or weekends with travel along the I75 corridor from Land O Lakes to the South Shore Riverview area.Compensation and BenefitsStarting salary: 75,000 to 80,000 depending on experienceSignificant bonus potential based on performance and profitability5 day work weekUp to 150 a month re-imbursement on medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k)PTO accrualCompany-paid malpractice insuranceLicense renewal and CE reimbursement up to 400 per yearWhy Join UsWhen you join The Joint, you're not just starting a new job, you're joining a movement.
