Art Director

Overview Pride Health is hiring an Art Director to support our client’s medical facility in Hybrid . This is a 3+ month contract assignment (convertible to permanent based on your work performance) and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization! Position Overview Optum’s Creative Partners team is seeking an experienced Art Director & Designer hybrid to lead concept-driven, visually compelling creative work. This role is responsible for translating strategic marketing objectives into high-impact creative across multiple channels. The ideal candidate brings strong conceptual thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to deliver polished work from ideation through production. Specific Duties Concept and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, video, and experiential channels Translate creative briefs and strategic inputs into compelling visual ideas Deliver high-quality design work with attention to detail and brand consistency Collaborate with cross-functional partners from concept through final production Present creative concepts clearly and effectively to internal stakeholders Incorporate feedback and refine work to meet creative and business objectives Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations Contribute to creative best practices and workflow improvements Qualifications 5+ years of experience in art direction and graphic design Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution across multiple channels Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual systems Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong organizational and time management skills Preferred Experience & Skills Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries Agency and/or in-house creative team experience Familiarity with digital performance marketing Experience working in large, matrixed organizations Exposure to project management tools (e.g., Workfront) Additional Information Location: Remote/ Hybrid (11000 Optum Cir Eden Prairie, MN 55344) Job Type: 4+ month contract to hire Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Office Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pay Range: $30-$35/hr. on W2 without benefits #PHCUHGClinical $250 Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
