Registered Nurse - Birthing CenterWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care in a Birthing Center environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate critical thinking and independent judgment to ensure the comfort and well-being of patients.ResponsibilitiesUtilize all phases of the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.Provide direction and supervision to the nursing patient care team, including CNAs, LPNs, and other techs.Collaborate effectively with team members and other healthcare disciplines in providing quality patient care.Document patient care, conditions, reactions, and responses to treatment accurately and timely.Track patient progress and ensure adherence to care standards.ScheduleThis position operates on a night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a guaranteed 36 hours weekly.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 2 years current experience in a Birthing Center or similar setting.Experience with laboring patients, delivery, and postpartum care for both mothers and newborns.Active American Heart Association BLS certification.Must possess a valid Michigan RN license.NRP certification preferred, willingness to obtain if not currently certified.Prior travel nursing experience is preferred.All requests for time off must be noted and verified at the time of submission.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
