Supervisor Manufacturing Cleaning Technician

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of respective areas of operations. Plan, schedule, and provide work direction to ensure compliance. Monitor cleaning schedules, progress, data, and work quality. Monitor industry trends to ensure latest clean room technologies are implemented regularly. Work with Procurement to manage and maintain vendor contracts. Conduct trouble‑shooting to support environmental excursion investigations. Monitor liquid and solid waste disposal programs to ensure proper handling and disposal. Provide input on long‑term planning for process, staff, and budget. Perform personnel management functions (e.g., annual employee evaluations, coaching, disciplining). Support Manufacturing during regulatory inspections. Develop and implement department policies. Ensure policies and procedures are effectively administered and comply with regulatory requirements. Education and Experience / Qualifications: 3+ years of relevant cGMP experience. 2+ years of people leadership in a cGMP environment. BS/BA in Life Sciences or related field (preferred).
