NJ Licensed Supervising Planner

Leading and managing projects related to Complete Streets, Vision Zero, and community placemaking, the full-time NJ Licensed Supervising Planner will oversee project quality, financials, and schedules while collaborating with various stakeholders in Morristown, NJ. Key responsibilities Manage project quality, financials, and schedules for multimodal and active transportation planning projects Develop competitive proposals and leverage relationships with NJ agencies to identify new opportunities Provide oversight and mentoring for department staff while collaborating across in-house disciplines Required qualifications 12+ years of experience in a consulting firm or public agency with leadership experience Master's degree in planning, landscape architecture, engineering, or a related field AICP and NJ Professional Planner license Strong working knowledge of NJ agency methodologies and existing relationships with NJ agency senior staff Proficiency in industry software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, ArcGIS, and AutoCAD
