The Zoo Health Club is looking for friendly, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Front Desk Associates at our Nashua location!

As the first person our members see when they walk through the door, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. In addition to providing outstanding customer service, you'll help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the club to ensure our members enjoy a safe, clean, and motivating environment.

Available Shifts

Our Front Desk is staffed during the following hours:

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Flexible part-time schedules are available. Applicants should be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Check members into the club and assist with membership questions.
• Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls appropriately.
• Schedule appointments, register members for classes, and provide information about club amenities and services.
• Process memberships, payments, and general front desk transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Perform routine cleaning throughout the facility, including:
  • Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
  • Sanitizing fitness equipment
  • Cleaning restrooms, locker rooms, and showers
  • Cleaning mirrors, windows, walls, and front desk surfaces
  • Emptying trash and recycling bins
  • Restocking paper products and cleaning supplies
  • Completing additional cleaning and organizational projects as assigned
• Follow all club policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for members.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude with a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable answering phones and assisting members with questions.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous customer service, front desk, retail, hospitality, or fitness industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to perform light to moderate cleaning duties and remain on your feet for extended periods.
