Clinical - MTM Pharmacist

Immediate need for a talented Clinical - MTM Pharmacist . This is a 03+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in US (Remote) . Job ID:26-31311 Pay Range: $56 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location). Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive medication reviews for patients enrolled in clinical programs. Identify and address drug therapy problems and gaps in care. Maintain a daily productivity expectation of 90%. Work independently while utilizing critical thinking and clinical skills to enhance patient outcomes. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: At least 2 years of MTM experience. B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD. Active pharmacy licensure in your state of residence. Strong independent work ethic and critical thinking abilities. Excellent clinical skills to assess and manage patient medication needs.
