Position: Field Representative

Immediate Hiring for a growing home improvement company! We are looking for outgoing and energetic individuals to schedule appointments with homeowners. Earn $50K-$75K – no experience required!

This is a FIELD job. You’ll work outdoors and meet homeowners.

Responsibilities:

Canvass neighborhoods to identify homes with old or damaged windows, doors, or roofing
Speak with homeowners and educate them on products and financing options
Schedule FREE in-home consultations and presentations – no selling required!

Qualifications:

Outgoing and energetic personality
Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
Comfortable canvassing neighborhoods and speaking with homeowners

Compensation:

Salary, Commission & Bonus
Earnings can range from $50K-$75K per year
