The role. The Dean of Nursing provides academic and administrative leadership for the nursing department, overseeing curriculum development, faculty management, accreditation compliance, and student outcomes. This position is responsible for ensuring program quality and alignment with professional nursing standards while supporting the institution's educational mission. What we're looking for. Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required 5+ years of nursing experience overall, including at least 2 years in acute care and at least 3 years in nursing education Active Oregon RN license required Compensation. $110,000 - $130,000 per year. $5,000 sign-on bonus.
