Mental Health Provider (Psychiatric PA or NP) - Evergreen Park

Position Advance Practice Provider (Psychiatric PA or PMHNP) Responsibilities Provide psychiatric healthcare services, including initial mental health evaluations, development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy as clinically appropriate. Document all patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner within the electronic medical record system. Collaborate with the psychiatrist and mental health therapist to coordinate medication management and psychotherapy. Maintain a primary spectrum of mental health conditions and promote access to care for all patients. Qualifications Active Psychiatric PA or PMHNP license in the state of Illinois. Active DEA license and Active CDS. Passion for high‑quality care and excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills. Proficiency in using an EMR system and ensuring accurate, up‑to‑date electronic health records. Preferably over one year of professional experience as an Advance Practice Provider in an outpatient setting. Compensation Typical base salary $135,000 – $150,000, based on experience and qualifications. Competitive compensation with no earnings cap. Quality incentive bonus. Sign‑on bonus $5,000.
