Opportunity We are searching for a self‑driven Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate is an experienced salesperson who thrives in a fast‑paced atmosphere. As a comprehensive residential real estate and property management company with more than 3,000 properties, you will receive a regular flow of leads from landlords, tenants, and property owners. You will have opportunities to convert tenants/homebuyers and to secure lease listings. Compensation Commission‑based 1099. Uncapped earning potential . Average annual earning potential: $100,000 – $400,000+. Commission structure includes: Investment property transactions Tenant/Homebuyer conversions Lease listings Responsibilities Build, grow, and maintain client relationships Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently with high autonomy Ensure the property portfolio is rented to the fullest capacity Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents Create and update a Property Activity Log for each vacant property Confirm all leases and corresponding paperwork are completed accurately and on time Ensure current resident files are properly maintained Make 20+ phone calls per day Working weekends required Texas real estate license required Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite Intermediate use of SuiteCRM, Propertyware, ZipForms, and MLS Excellent customer service skills with an ability to anticipate the needs of the client Strong ability to collect, organize, and communicate Professional verbal and written communication skills Highly self‑motivated and willing to put forth extra effort consistently Qualifications Applicants must hold a current Texas real estate license and possess strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SuiteCRM, Propertyware, ZipForms, and MLS are required.
