Registered Nurse (RN) - ER Services Job Type: Full Time | Day Sign-On Bonus available to qualified individuals. Schedule: 3x12, Days (9a to 9p). As an ER Services Registered Nurse (RN), you will be dedicated to making communities healthier. Responsibilities Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities. Document patient care provided. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family. Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs. Evaluate patient and family learning needs and provide appropriate education based on age, culture, condition, and circumstances. Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient. Participate in performance improvement and continuing education. Provide quality patient care and work flexible shifts or units as needed. Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor's preferred). Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required within one month of hire. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 1 year of hire. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 1 year of hire.
