Manufacturing Technician - 2nd Shift

Manufacturing Technician – 2nd Shift Location: Monmouth Junction, New Jersey. Shift: Monday‑Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Job Type: Full Time. Remote availability: Yes. Telecommute: Yes. Key Responsibilities Supports and assists in the manufacture of pharmaceutical products according to SOPs, cGMPs, FDA standards, and batch record specifications. Performs day‑to‑day production activities such as weighing, blending, filling, compression, coating and/or granulation. Assists in set up, change‑over and test runs of equipment for various batch sizes and products. Collaborates with other production staff and departments. Accurately and consistently completes and documents batch records and other required paperwork. Precisely follows work orders and specifications. Adheres to all plant safety policies and procedures. Required Qualifications Minimum education: High School diploma or equivalent. Experience: At least 1 year (Manufacturing Tech I) or 3 years (Manufacturing Tech II) or 5 years (Senior Manufacturing Tech). Solid dosage experience required. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret safety, environmental and operating documents. Basic PC skills. Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Planning, organization and time management skills. Fluent in English (verbal and written). Ability to identify and distinguish colors. Willingness to work additional hours as business needs. Knowledge of manufacturing procedures, federal regulations, good manufacturing systems and cGMPs. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, use PPE, and stand for extended periods. Pay & Benefits Manufacturing Technician I: $23–$25/hr. Manufacturing Technician II: $26–$30/hr. Senior Manufacturing Technician: $32–$34/hr.
