Freudenberg Group Job OpportunityWorking at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the maintenance team, setting priorities and coordinating activities to support safe, efficient operations.Oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and the upkeep of production equipment, facilities, and utilities.Support capital projects and maintenance planning by coordinating resources, contractors, tools, and technical requirements.Monitor maintenance performance, analyze equipment reliability, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and overall plant performance.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field; or equivalent working experience.5-8 years of maintenance engineering or production operations within a manufacturing environment.2+ years in a leadership position with direct reports.Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, automation, and basic engineering aspects of production equipment.
