Job Description
I'm partnered with a large global financial services company located in Chicago who are seeking a Senior Tax Manager .
\n \nThis role is ideal for candidates who:
\n- \n
- Seek a true viable path to Tax Director \n
- Don't like to be put in a box with tax work and find interest in a variety of tax topics \n
- Hate endless busy seasons and want to live life \n
- Find company-paid insurance premiums as a helpful benefit \n
Key Role Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Prepare and liaise with external firm on US international income tax compliance (including items like GILTI, FDII, BEAT, Subpart F, FTC) \n
- Prepare and liaise regarding federal/state income tax compliance for partnerships \n
- Support transfer pricing documentation and compliance \n
- High-level review of indirect tax (VAT/GST and use tax) \n
- Drive tax process improvement initiatives \n
Role Requirements:
\n- \n
- 6-15+ years of relevant tax experience \n
- Experience with US international tax \n
- Strong partnership tax background \n
- Ability and willingness to support a variety of tax topics \n
