What You'll Be Doing: As an MLT, you'll play an essential role in our healthcare team by collecting, processing, and analyzing biological samples like blood, urine, and tissue. You'll be using advanced lab equipment to ensure your results are accurate and reliable. Every day, you'll be performing tests that assist doctors in diagnosing and treating patients, while maintaining an organized and compliant lab environment.

You'll also be helping with the documentation of results and reporting findings to healthcare providers, all while adhering to quality control standards to ensure accuracy.

What We're Looking For: We're looking for someone with an associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Laboratory Technology, Biology, or a related field. If you're a recent grad or still finishing up your MLT program, we'd love to talk to you! Certification through ASCP, AMT, or another similar certifying body is preferred, but if you're still working on it, no problem — we'll help you along the way.

What's most important is that you're detail-oriented, organized, and work well with others. You should be comfortable using computers for lab reporting and data entry, and excellent communication skills are a must.
