Das bewegst du:

As a Senior Communications Strategist (Mensch) you support the strategic care of a wellbeing customer. You act as an important interface and ensure that our global campaigns stay on track.

• Strategic Communications Planning: You develop integrated communication and media strategies and derive channel mix, media roles, and budget logics from them
• Consumer & Market Insights: You analyze target groups, media usage, competition, and cultural trends and translate data and insights into clear strategic derivations
• Category & Audience Understanding: You develop a deep understanding of target groups and consumer contexts around health, body awareness, and personal care and use these insights as a basis for strategic communication
• Media Architecture & Planning: You define cross-channel media strategies along the customer journey and work closely with our planning teams to develop data-driven media plans
• Integrated Collaboration: You work closely with creative, data, account, and planning teams to develop holistic communication solutions
• Innovation & AI: You use data-driven tools and AI-based approaches to further develop strategic processes and identify new media and communication approaches
• New Business & Pitches: You support strategic pitches and develop convincing narratives and storylines for presentations

Das zeichnet dich aus:

• Professional Experience: You have 2–4 years of experience in a media, communications, or strategy agency or in strategic marketing
• Interest in Wellbeing & Female Health: You are interested in topics around wellbeing, self-care, and female health and want to strategically develop communication in these categories
• Strategic Thinking: You can translate data, market analyses, and consumer insights into clear strategic recommendations
• Media Understanding: You have a good understanding of classic and digital media channels and their role along the customer journey
• Analytical Strength: You work structured, data-driven and enjoy making complex connections understandable
• Communication & Presentation: You can prepare strategic ideas clearly and present them convincingly in German and English
