Job Summary The Utility Associate provides guest service and maintains the cleanliness and overall appearance of the restaurant during their shift. Responsibilities The Utility Associate is responsible for taking excellent care of guests, attending to each guest’s needs individually, professionally, quickly and with a smile. The individual maintains the cleanliness and overall appearance of the restaurant during their shift, displaying high energy, a sense of urgency, professional appearance, physical stamina, and teamwork. Qualifications Previous experience is preferred, but is not required – training will be provided. Minimum age 18 years. Good organizational skills. Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on restaurant needs. Able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 40 pounds. Must stand for several hours and walk for long periods. Team player. Participation in E-Verify; must provide Form I-9 to confirm authorized U.S. employment.
