Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to learn and navigate customer portals, EDI systems, and order management software.

Experience Requirements Minimum of 2 years of customer service, order entry, sales support, or administrative experience preferred. Experience processing customer orders and managing customer accounts in a fast-paced business environment. Familiarity with EDI systems, ERP platforms, customer portals, or sales order entry software is a plus. Experience supporting sales teams and maintaining customer relationships preferred.

Preferred Qualifications Strong customer service and relationship-building skills with a positive, solution-focused attitude. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities. Proven problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus but not required.

Physical Capabilities Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer workstation. Frequent use of a computer, phone, calculator, and standard office equipment. Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and through email. Occasional standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching to access files and records. Ability to lift and carry files, documents, and office materials up to 25 pounds.

Job Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and timely support. Partner with the sales team to build strong customer relationships and exceed customer expectations. Answer customer calls and emails, resolve inquiries, and route requests to appropriate team members. Process and enter customer orders accurately through EDI systems, customer portals, and internal software platforms. Verify customer requirements and ensure accurate order entry and fulfillment. Generate and distribute sales order confirmations and required documentation. Maintain customer account information and support ongoing account management activities. Prepare reports and sales-related data for analysis by the sales team. Support daily administrative functions and assist with special projects as needed. Contribute to efficient operations while maintaining a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
