• Full-time clinical practice opportunity (1.0 FTE)
• Base salary plus incentive plan: $763,573
• Sign-on bonus available
• 1:3 call schedule
• Utilization of Biosense Webster Carto, Medtronic cryoballoon, and Boston Scientific FaraPulse
• Well-trained support staff in the EP lab and clinic, along with collaborative partners
• EP-only call responsibilities
• Utilization of EPIC EMR system
• Be part of a nationally recognized integrated organization with a physician-led medical group and embedded service line
• Access to DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, enhancing clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review and signature
• Experience a diverse and inclusive environment that ensures safe and equitable care for all patients
• Procedures include ablations for SVT, atrial flutter/fibrillation, and ventricular tachycardia/PVC, as well as device implants such as pacemakers, defibrillators, subcutaneous ICDs, leadless pacemakers (Micra and Aveir), and LAAO watchman and Amulet implants. Lead extraction services will be available soon.
