OpenAI is seeking a Market Research Lead for ChatGPT within the Marketing Insights & Analytics team to shape research direction for major initiatives. You will independently define and manage multiple complex workstreams, aligning audience behavior and feedback with decisions across product, brand, and growth.
You will set research strategy, mentor peers, and partner with analytics to build a holistic audience understanding, influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
