• A dedicated team assembled just for you: two Dental Assistants (one as your main, lead Assistant) and your own Patient Coordinator/Scheduler

Experience Required

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program
• Active NYS dental license
• Knowledge of Dentrix Ascend or other dental software is helpful in setting you up for success, but not mandatory—we just ask that you’re open to learning our systems

What You’ll Do as an Associate General Dentist
Clinical Care

• Deliver general and specialty dental care to patients and their families, all under one roof.
• Build meaningful, trusted relationships with patients, caring for the whole person—not just their teeth.
• Collaborate with our in-office Periodontist, Orthodontist, and Pedodontist on mentorship and cross-service opportunities for patients who need them.

Team Collaboration & Practice Support

• Follow our shift-starting huddle communications and work closely with your dedicated Dental Assistants and Patient Coordinator/Scheduler.
• Partner daily with our Partners and Associates for clinical support and collaborative case planning.
• Contribute positively to a culture built on trust, teamwork, and excellence, and participate in quarterly team dinners and Associate dinners.

Babylon Dental Care Perks:

• Competitive Compensation: To start, we pay a generous hourly rate. Each pay cycle, we review your hourly production averages with you, and when economically beneficial, we move you to a percentage of collections—the more you produce, the more you can potentially earn. This will be discussed further during your interview process. (Note: our practice’s collection average is over 103%.)
• Compensation Structure: You are paid as a 1099 contractor, so with the right accountant, the sky’s the limit.
