Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Annual Base Salary Based on Experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Health Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Requirements Independent Mindset: A proactive closer who understands the competitive advantage of the independent agency model. Expert Communicator: The ability to articulate complex risk management strategies to diverse audiences. Analytical Skills: A sharp eye for detail and the ability to compare multiple carrier products to find the optimal fit for the client. Local Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Texas market and a drive to remain a leader in the local landscape. Responsibilities Market-Leading Acquisition: Identify and secure new personal and commercial accounts using our access to a wide array of top-rated carriers. Strategic Risk Analysis: Perform comprehensive reviews to identify coverage gaps and provide sophisticated, tailored solutions that "captive" agents simply can't offer. Professional Networking: Position yourself as a subject matter expert within the professional community to drive high-value referrals.
