BE PART OF THE CONNECTION

You proactively address and enhance critical business needs by formulating and defining system scopes and objectives. You create new systems or use existing systems by identifying multiple paths, pointing out opportunities and mitigating risks. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment providing interpretations of business systems data.

WHAT OUR BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST

Determine opportunities to automate processes, functions and systems through a detailed analysis of our operations. Identify, evaluate and develop cost-effective systems and procedures by consulting with management and end users to determine system needs, specify inputs and format outputs. Validate new system performances through implementation management, testing coordination and system initiation observation. Negotiate agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between internal teams. Conduct a feasibility study to assess the cost, benefit, efficiency and technical viability of business solutions. Perform additional duties as assigned. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO Spectrum Business Required Qualifications Experience: Two or more years of business systems or IT-related experience. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Outlook. Skills: Expert in analyzing and interpreting data to identify areas of opportunity; Prioritization, organizational and English communication skills. Abilities: Ability to handle multiple projects and work independently in a team environment.
