Job PostingJob SummaryField Service Technician - Main job function; provide electromechanical repair and packaging production line support for all customers internal and external. Interact and communicate with customers at the plant level. The position is regionally based and dispatched as needed throughout the US. Some international work may be required.Essential FunctionsInstall and maintain automated packaging equipmentManage territory customer baseResolve process issues and ensure customer satisfactionInteract with department management dailyFile weekly service and expense reportsProctor technical training classesAll other duties as assignedJob QualificationsRequiredAssociates degreeWell-developed mechanical aptitudeTeam player and self-starterTroubleshooting, communication, and documentation skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)Open to future relocation possibilitiesClean driving record
