Location: Auto Park Ford - Sturgis Michigan
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Base + Commission + Performance Bonuses (Uncapped Potential)

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales consultants
• Desk deals, structure financing scenarios, and maximize profitability
• Jump into deals when needed to help close and secure commitments
• Monitor daily activity: appointments, leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• Create urgency and energy on the sales floor
• Work closely with BDC/Internet team to ensure lead conversion
• Track performance metrics and hold the team accountable to targets
• Recruit, train, and retain high-performing sales talent
