Maintenance Mechanic

Maintenance EngineerWe are seeking a skilled Mechanical Repair Technician who will be responsible for rebuilding and repairing industrial equipment. This role operates Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. You will have the opportunity to learn additional skills in hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting and repair from factory-trained OEM technicians.ResponsibilitiesRebuild and repair industrial equipment.Operate a variety of hand tools, including power tools.Perform hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting and repairs.Handle building maintenance, cleaning, and other tasks as assigned.Essential SkillsProven experience in troubleshooting and maintenance.Proficiency in mechanical repair, hydraulics, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance.Welding and sheet metal fabrication skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Competence in installation and repair of heavy equipment.Additional Skills & QualificationsProfessional, organized, and a team player with a positive attitude.Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn.Ability to plan, work efficiently, stay on task, and remain teachable.Reliable transportation and personal tools required.Minimum of 3 years' experience in mechanics.Machine electrical knowledge and experience reading blueprints are a plus.Why Work Here?Employees enjoy 100% paid health care premiums starting on the first day of employment, a 401k plan available after six months, and profit sharing opportunities.
