Duties Conduct initial consultations, lead individual and small-group strength training sessions Track fitness results for clients and lead client education Become an expert in using our state-of-the-art Exerbiotic fitness equipment Deliver active-assisted stretch therapy sessions for clients targeting the upper body, lower body, and full body Help clients improve mobility, flexibility, recovery, and overall performance Provide a safe and motivating environment that combines strength and stretch for maximum results Requirements High standard of reliability and respect Strong ability to connect with and inspire others Experience and/or passion for strength training and fitness Preferred experience and/or interest in client-assisted stretching, mobility, or recovery techniques The Exercise Coach - Hiring Steps 24–48 hours from now: Initial Interview 48–72 hours from now: In-Person Workout and Studio Tour Ten days from now: Offer letter
