Mechanical Designer
We are seeking a Mechanical Drafter, Designer or Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in 2D CAD modeling and drafting for industrial equipment.
Responsibilities
- Produce complex drawings that meet client specifications in 2D CAD drafting
- Prepare and interpret scale drawings, schematic drawings, layouts, and other visual aids
- Gather information and produce drawings for specific projects, review drawings for accuracy, revise and update drawings for customer approval, and prepare drawings for release to fabrication
Essential Skills
- 2+ years of mechanical design experience
- Strong CAD modeling skills
- Experience with SolidWorks is a plus
- Advance Steel skills are highly desirable
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in equipment design and drafting
- Ability to produce complex drawings that meet client specification
- Experience with process calculations
- Experience with large equipment
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $52.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
