We’re looking for a caring and motivated Pre-K Assistant Teacher to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our little learners.

As a Pre-K Assistant Teacher, you’ll play a key role in supporting our lead teachers and fostering a positive learning experience for our pre-kindergarten students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
- Supporting classroom management to ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Encouraging social, emotional, and cognitive growth through interactive play and structured lessons.
- Building strong relationships with children, parents, and team members to create a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
- Helping with daily tasks such as preparing materials, supervising activities, and maintaining a clean and tidy classroom.

We’re seeking someone who is enthusiastic, patient, and ready to make a positive impact. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience working with young children in a classroom or child care setting.
- A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to their well-being and development.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and families.
- A proactive and flexible attitude to adapt to the needs of a dynamic classroom environment.

- Must have a least an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education.
